• These Terms and Conditions apply to all poker tournaments hosted on the official INFAXIA platform at https://go.infaxia.io
• Tournament details and updates are valid only if announced through INFAXIA’s official channels — Discord, Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), and Facebook.
• Participation is open to all users with a registered and verified INFAXIA account in good standing.
• Each participant must use their own individual account. Account sharing or multiple entries under different accounts are not allowed.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage using multiple accounts will result in disqualification.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age in their country of residence.
• Players must not join from any jurisdiction where online poker tournaments are prohibited.
• INFAXIA may request identity verification at any time to confirm eligibility.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in removal from the tournament.
• Users currently banned or penalized by INFAXIA are not eligible to join.
• INFAXIA reserves the right to deny or revoke eligibility if a player is found violating any platform rules or attempting fraudulent activity.

• Each INFAXIA Poker Tournament is played as a single structured event, where all registered participants start with equal chips and compete until the tournament ends to determine a winner.
• The blind levels, buy-ins, and prize pool details are displayed directly on the tournament page before the event starts.
• The tournament automatically progresses as blinds increase based on the set timer until winners are determined.
• Once eliminated, players cannot rejoin unless a rebuy or re-entry option is explicitly stated in the tournament details.
• Tournament results and rankings are determined automatically by the system at the end of the event.

• The total prize pool, reward distribution, and payout structure are displayed on the tournament details page before the event starts.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.
• Rewards are distributed to players’ accounts after verification and within the official distribution period announced for the event.
• INFAXIA reserves the right to substitute or adjust rewards of equal or greater value if necessary.

• All games follow standard Texas Hold’em rules unless otherwise specified.
• Players must play fairly and uphold good sportsmanship at all times.
• Any form of cheating, collusion, chip dumping, or external assistance will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Each participant must play using their own INFAXIA account. Account sharing or ghost-playing is prohibited.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during the tournament. INFAXIA is not liable for connection issues or interruptions on the player’s end.
• Players may not intentionally delay turns, disconnect to avoid losses, or exploit any software bugs.
• Chat, usernames, and avatars must comply with INFAXIA’s community standards — offensive or inappropriate behavior will result in sanctions.
• INFAXIA reserves the right to review hand histories and gameplay data for fair play and integrity enforcement.
• Tournament administrators have final authority on all rulings and disputes.

• INFAXIA moderators and admins are available during tournaments to handle technical issues or player concerns.

• INFAXIA is not responsible for technical failures, disconnections, or unforeseen events affecting tournament participation or results.
• By joining, players agree to release INFAXIA from liability for losses or damages resulting from participation.

• Players must maintain professionalism, fairness, and respect for other participants and staff.
• Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Players must comply with admin instructions during the event.
• Unauthorized live streaming, recording, or rebroadcasting without approval is prohibited.
• All admin decisions regarding disputes or irregularities are final.

• By joining, players agree that INFAXIA may publish their username, ranking, and tournament highlights for promotional use.
• INFAXIA may record or broadcast gameplay for marketing or educational purposes.
• Any media or content shared by participants may be reused across official INFAXIA platforms.

• INFAXIA wallets are created through Web3Auth, allowing users to sign in securely via email or social accounts.
• These wallets are non-custodial — INFAXIA does not hold your private keys or access credentials.
• Players are solely responsible for managing wallet security and recovery information.
• INFAXIA cannot restore or recover wallets if authentication data is lost.

• A small system usage fee may apply to tournament entries or winnings, depending on event format.
• Fee details will be displayed clearly before participation.
• Collected fees support platform maintenance, prize pools, and event operations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines, where INFAXIA is registered, and all disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.

By joining any INFAXIA Poker Tournament, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including all updates that may follow. Continued participation implies agreement with any modifications.
