1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms incorporate the INFAXIA Daily Grind Quests – General Terms & Conditions, which apply to daily quests such as RPS IXP Quest, Treasure Hunt Quest, Welcome Bonus Quest, Daily Poker Quest, and Daily Time Attack Quest. By participating, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to both sets of terms.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participation is limited to registered and verified INFAXIA accounts only.

2.2 One account per player is strictly enforced. Multiple accounts, burner accounts, shared accounts, or account farming are prohibited.

2.3 For quests involving social media participation, the social media accounts used must be owned by the participant. Third-party or someone else’s accounts cannot be used to claim rewards. Accounts must be active and publicly visible where required.

2.4 Players must comply with all INFAXIA platform rules and maintain fair play and integrity at all times.

2.5 The use of VPNs, disposable emails, bots, scripts, speed hacks, exploits, or third-party tools is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in:

  • Immediate disqualification

  • Forfeiture of IXP

  • Permanent account bans

  • Removal from current or future events

2.6 INFAXIA reserves the right to verify user eligibility and disqualify accounts found engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

3. Quest Categories

3.1 INFAXIA offers several types of quests designed to enhance player experience and engagement:

  • Onboarding Quests: Rewards for new users completing introductory activities.

  • Participation & Engagement Quests: Rewards for consistent activity.

  • Skill & Mastery Quests: Rewards for high performance and achievements.

  • Social & Referral Quests: Rewards for community growth and social engagement.

  • Time-Based Engagement Quests: Rewards for activity during specific time periods.

  • Community & Event-Based Quests: Rewards for participation in events and community interactions.

  • Staking & In-Game Economy Quests: Rewards for participating in RPS, Poker, or other in-game economic activities.

3.2 Each quest operates under its own mechanics, schedules, requirements, and rewards, which must be followed strictly. Only actions completed within the official quest window will be counted.

3.3 Fake, edited, reused, or manipulated submissions (screenshots, clips, match results, etc.) are invalid.

4. Rewards, IXP, & Distribution

4.1 Rewards are distributed according to each quest’s specific requirements and may include in-game currency, NFTs, or other benefits. 

4.2 IXP rewards are credited only after successful verification of quest completion. Some rewards may be temporary or conditional and can be revoked if participation requirements are not met. 

4.3 INFAXIA reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel reward distribution due to technical or operational reasons. 

4.4 Players are responsible for ensuring that their account and registration details are correct to receive rewards. 

4.5 All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits unless explicitly stated.

5. Fair Play, Monitoring & Conduct

5.1 Players must not exploit bugs, automation tools, or unfair methods to complete quests.

5.2 INFAXIA Admins actively monitor match results, staking volume, player movement, submissions, account activity, and server-side data. Admin verification takes precedence over client-side claims.

5.3 Any form of cheating, manipulation, multi-accounting, false reporting, or abusive behavior may result in:

  • Disqualification

  • Voiding or reclaiming IXP

  • Permanent account bans

  • Restricted access to quests or events

5.4 Legitimately earned and Admin-verified IXP will remain with the account holder.

6. Updates, Changes & Administrative Rights

6.1 INFAXIA may revise, suspend, reschedule, or discontinue any quest or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Quest mechanics, rewards, schedules, caps, and requirements may change to protect platform integrity.

6.3 In cases of disputes, ties, simultaneous claims, or unclear outcomes, Admin decisions are final and binding.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 Participation in the Quest Program is at the player’s own risk. INFAXIA is not responsible for any loss, error, or delay in the processing or delivery of rewards.

7.2 Participation in any INFAXIA Quest is a privilege, not a right. Abuse of systems or mechanics will result in strict enforcement actions.

8. Data Privacy

8.1 By participating, players acknowledge and consent that their personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with INFAXIA’s Privacy Policy. Players are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy to understand how their data is handled.

9. Publicity

9.1 By participating, players grant INFAXIA permission to use their in-game usernames, achievements, screenshots, or other content submitted as part of quest participation for marketing, promotional, or social media purposes without additional compensation.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which INFAXIA operates.
