INFAXIA Rock-Paper-Scissors Tournament Terms and Conditions
By participating in the INFAXIA RPS Tournament, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all INFAXIA tournaments held via the official INFAXIA platform: https://go.infaxia.io/ .
1.2 The official rules, mechanics, schedules, and announcements for each tournament are valid only if publicly posted on the INFAXIA Official accounts. INFAXIA Discord Server, INFAXIA X (formerly Twitter). INFAXIA Telegram Channel, and INFAXIA Facebook Page.
1.3 The Tournament is open exclusively to users who are fully registered on INFAXIA and have active accounts in good standing (i.e., not suspended, banned, or under investigation).
1.4 Each participant must use their own personal and verified INFAXIA account. The use of alternate, shared, or fake accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and potential platform penalties.
1.5 Only one tournament entry per person is allowed. Players attempting to enter multiple times using different accounts will be disqualified from the tournament and may be banned from future events.
1.6 Participants must be at least 20 years old or the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By entering, players confirm that they meet the required age criteria.
1.7 Participants must not be located in, or accessing the platform from, any region or country where participation in online skill-based or chance-based competitions is prohibited by law.
1.8 INFAXIA reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time. Failure to provide valid documentation upon request may result in disqualification.
1.9 By entering the tournament, participants affirm that all information provided in their INFAXIA account is accurate and up-to-date. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate removal from the competition.
1.10 Users who are currently serving platform penalties (e.g., suspensions, warnings, bans) or have a documented history of misconduct, abuse, or rule violations may be deemed ineligible at INFAXIA’s sole discretion.
1.11 INFAXIA reserves the right to deny or revoke eligibility for any participant at any time, with or without notice, if a user is found to have violated any platform or tournament rules.
2. Tournament Structure
2.1 Each tournament may consist of multiple stages, such as preliminary rounds, qualifying rounds, and final rounds.
2.2 Details regarding match formats, scoring systems, advancement criteria, and schedules will be announced for each tournament through official channels.
2.3 Qualified participants will be notified via email, Discord announcements, system notifications (where applicable), or other designated channels.
2.4 INFAXIA reserves the right to adjust brackets, schedules, or formats as necessary to ensure fair play and smooth execution.
3. Prizes
3.1 Prizes, rewards, or recognitions may vary by tournament and will be clearly outlined in the official announcement for each event.
3.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
3.3 Prize distribution timelines will be communicated upon the conclusion of each tournament.
3.4 INFAXIA reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
4. Match Conduct and Fair Play
4.1 All participants must compete fairly and honestly.
4.2 Unsportsmanlike behavior, including harassment, threats, abusive language, or any attempts to manipulate or exploit tournament systems, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification.
4.3 Any evidence of cheating, match-fixing, or fraud will lead to disqualification and potential account penalties.
4.4 Participants must use their own accounts; account sharing is prohibited.
4.5 INFAXIA reserves the right to review match histories and related data to enforce fair play.
4.6 Players are expected to maintain a stable internet connection throughout the tournament. Repeated disconnections or connectivity issues may negatively affect gameplay. INFAXIA is not responsible for any disruptions, delays, or losses resulting from a participant’s connection problems.
4.7 Participants may not intentionally stall, disconnect, or exploit in-game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
4.8 Coaching during live matches is not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the tournament rules.
4.9 All in-game usernames, avatars, or chat interactions must comply with INFAXIA’s community standards and must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
4.10 Any form of harassment, hate speech, bullying, or intimidation—towards other players, staff, or spectators—will result in immediate disqualification and potential platform sanctions.
4.11 Any attempts to manipulate rankings, exploit bugs, or abuse tournament mechanics will be treated as cheating and penalized accordingly.
4.12 For comprehensive information regarding the calculation and determination of player standings, participants are advised to review the Leaderboard Ranking Rules. These rules define the official ranking methodology, update frequency, and tie-breaking procedures applied within the automatic leaderboard system.
5. Support and Assistance
5.1 INFAXIA support staff and designated admin avatars will be available during tournaments to assist with technical or gameplay-related concerns.
5.2 For additional assistance, participants may contact customer support at ix-info@infaxia.io or reach out to the moderators on the INFAXIA Discord server by submitting a ticket through the #support channel.
6. Communication and Notifications
6.1 Important updates, reminders, and announcements may be delivered through one or more of the following channels:
SNS notifications (such as Discord and other official social media platforms)
• Email notifications
• System notifications within INFAXIA (where applicable)
• World Chat messages (where applicable)
6.2 Participants are responsible for monitoring these channels to stay informed about tournament schedules, instructions, and results.
7. Changes and Cancellations
7.1 INFAXIA reserves the right to modify or cancel tournament schedules, mechanics, or rewards at its sole discretion.
7.2 Any such changes will be communicated promptly through official channels.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 INFAXIA is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, or circumstances beyond its control that may impact participation.
8.2 By entering, participants release INFAXIA from any claims arising from their participation or inability to participate.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
10. Code of Conduct and General Rules
10.1 All participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and professionalism throughout the tournament.
10.2 Players must follow instructions from INFAXIA tournament admins or moderators. Disregard for admin decisions or interference with tournament operations may result in penalties.
10.3 Unauthorized recording, streaming, or rebroadcasting of matches without prior permission is not permitted.
10.4 In the event of a dispute or unclear situation, the decision of INFAXIA tournament officials is final.
10.5 INFAXIA reserves the right to update, revise, or add rules at any time to preserve the fairness and integrity of the competition.
11. Publicity and Content Usage
11.1 By participating in any INFAXIA Tournament, you grant INFAXIA the right to publish, display, and share your in-game username, tournament results, rankings, match replays, and related content for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes without additional compensation.
11.2 INFAXIA may record, broadcast, or stream tournament matches and events. By entering, you consent to the use of such recordings, including your gameplay and related data, in any media formats and channels at INFAXIA’s discretion.
11.3 Any screenshots, videos, or other content submitted by participants as part of tournament participation may be used by INFAXIA for marketing or promotional purposes.
12. Notes on Wallets and Web3Auth
12.1 The wallet functionality provided by INFAXIA utilizes Web3Auth, an external decentralized authentication and key management system.
12.2 This wallet is created using the user's email address or linked social media account, allowing usage without the need to input or manage a seed phrase.
12.3 This is a non-custodial wallet, meaning INFAXIA and its developer, MTL Inc., do not possess or manage any wallet key information or access rights.
12.4 If a user forgets or deletes their authentication information (e.g., email address), INFAXIA will not be able to restore the wallet or recover access.
12.5 Users who wish to participate in tournaments are solely responsible for managing and backing up their authentication information. INFAXIA bears no responsibility for any losses resulting from failure to do so.
Notice:
The INFAXIA wallet is a non-custodial wallet provided via Web3Auth and can be used with email authentication only.
Please note that INFAXIA and its operators are unable to offer support for wallet recovery, unlocking, or related issues.
You are responsible for securely storing your email authentication credentials.
13. Fees and Revenue
13.1 INFAXIA does not charge a direct fee on the entry amounts (entry fees) that users wager in player-versus-player (PvP) style games.
13.2 However, for games, events, tournaments, and various services provided by INFAXIA, a system usage fee may be charged, ranging from a minimum of 0.5% to a maximum of 40% of the transaction amount.
13.3 The system usage fee rate may vary depending on factors such as the type of game, participation method, tournament format, event conditions, server load, and prize pool structure.
13.4 The system usage fee will either be automatically deducted upon completion of the transaction or clearly displayed in advance based on the stated conditions. Users agree to the displayed fee rate before participating.
13.5 A portion of the collected fees may be used for operational costs, prize pool returns, platform maintenance, token burns, and reward distribution. Details will be specified on the description pages of each event or service.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in any INFAXIA Tournament, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, along with all related attachments, terms, and provisions, in their entirety and without limitation or qualification. Your continued participation also constitutes acceptance of any future updates or modifications to these Terms and Conditions and their associated documents.
