Learn how to connect, chat, and call inside the metaverse for smooth, real-time communication with others.

 

Avatar chat
Avatar Chat displays messages as chat bubbles above your avatar's head—perfect for nearby, real-time conversations inside the metaverse.

 

 

1. On the left side of your game screen, locate the public chat panel.

 

2. “To use Avatar Chat, make sure the chat box is labeled [LOCAL]

 

3. Type your message in the chat box and press enter to Send.

 

4. Your message will be sent in the chat box and appear as a chat bubble above your avatar’s head.

 

WORLD CHAT
World Chat allows you to send messages visible to everyone in the metaverse world—making it easy to connect, announce, or chat globally in real time.

1. In the public chat panel, toggle to World . 

 

2. Type your message and press Send.

 

3. Your message will be visible to all users inside the platform

 

AI CHAT

AI Chat – Allows users to ask questions about the Infaxia ecosystem and receive instant AI-powered answers on features, wallets, games, rewards, events, and platform navigation.

1. In the Public Chat panel, switch the toggle to AI.


 

2. Type your question about the Infaxia ecosystem and press Send.


 

3. The AI's response will instantly appear above your avatar.

 

Note: Click the [X] icon to minimize the chat box.

 

You can also hold the left mouse button and drag the maximize icon upward or sideways to expand your view.

 

You can drag the chat box and place it anywhere on your screen for a more convenient view.

How to chat with Friend ( Chat Icon )

1. Click on the [ CHAT ICON ] at the bottom next to your profile icon. Your Friend's List Panel will appear on your screen.

 

Then, click on the [ CHAT ICON ] next to the name of the friend you want to send a message to.

 

2. A chat box will appear, type the message you want and then click the [ SEND ] icon.

 

3. Your message has been sent. Wait for your friend to reply.


How to Chat with Friend (AVATAR)


1. Locate your friend's avatar and click on it. A pop-up page will appear, click on [ MESSAGE ].

 

2. A chat box will appear, type in your message and click the [ SEND ] button

 

How to make a Voice Call

1. Locate and approach the avatar of the user you want to call. Click on the [ MIC ICON ] on top of their avatar's head and wait for them to answer.

 

ALTERNATIVELY, if the friend you want to call is not nearby , you can  initiate an audio call by clicking on the [MESSAGE ICON] at the bottom-left of your screen, your friend's list panel will open.

 

Select the friend you wish to call, open the chat box by clicking the [CHAT ICON ] ,

 

Then click the [MICROPHONE ICON] at the bottom of the chat box to start your call.

 

2. You will hear a ringing sound and wait for them to answer. You can cancel the call anytime by clicking on [ CANCEL ]



 

 

3. Allow microphone access to continue.

 

Once your call is answered, you can enjoy a seamless conversation. To end the call, simply click on the [ RED TELEPHONE ICON ].


How to enjoy Video Call with Friends

1. Locate the avatar of the friend you want to initiate a video call and click the [ VIDEO ICON] at the top of his/her avatar.

 

ALTERNATIVELY, if the friend you want to video call is not nearby , you can  initiate it by clicking on the [MESSAGE ICON] located at the bottom left of your screen.

 

Then, select the friend you wish to call. Click on the [CHAT ICON] to open a chat box. Finally, click the [ VIDEO ICON ] at the bottom of the chat box to start your video call.

 

2. After clicking the video call icon, a pop-up will appear on your screen, and you'll hear a ringing sound. .

 

3. Once your friend accepts the call, you’ll need to grant permission to use your camera. Click [ ALLOW ]. You can now enjoy a video call with your friend! To end the call, click the [ RED TELEPHONE ICON ].

 

 

 

How to know if someone sends you a message?

 

1. On your screen, you will find new message notifications on the lower right side of your screen.

 

2. Click on the name that appear on the lower side of your screen, this will open the chat box, you can opt to reply or just ignore the message.
